Charlie is tasked with finding the perfect song for her music class, where she learns about a different genre of music each week. However, with the end of the school year closing in, and her mind wandering to her curiosity about her classmates, she is worried she won't be able to complete the assignment. Then, she learns about opera and the singer Maria Callas, who Charlie comes to admire. In this graphic novel, Charlie explores how Maria's life might give her the courage to express herself in her own.
